Role of KyrgyzGo
KyrgyzGo helps you find a listing and send a request to its provider. The service does not take online payment and does not guarantee availability before the provider confirms it separately.
Request status
Sending a request is not a final booking confirmation. The provider confirms availability separately. A Confirmed status appears only after manual processing.
Price and payment
The displayed amount is an estimate based on the listing. The final price, service contents and payment method must be agreed with the provider before delivery. KyrgyzGo does not process online payments.
Cancellation and no-show
Before confirmation, you may ask to cancel through the request chat or support. After confirmation, the provider must disclose the applicable cancellation, refund and no-show rules before payment. KyrgyzGo currently charges no cancellation fee. Provider-specific rules and any platform-wide policy require legal approval.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact details, do not submit sensitive information in free-text fields, do not misuse chat and do not share a private request link with other people.
Providers
A provider is responsible for the accuracy, availability, safety and delivery of a listing. A Verified provider mark means only that the KyrgyzGo team completed its internal review; it does not replace your own assessment.
AI
The AI assistant is optional and may make mistakes or be temporarily unavailable. Check recommendations against the listing and provider confirmation. An AI draft is not a request; a request is created only after your separate confirmation. The catalog works without AI.
Synthetic test listings
Some catalog listings are synthetic test inventory. Before a test request is sent, KyrgyzGo shows a clear warning. No real service is booked, no payment is taken and no real provider is notified for such a request.
Liability and applicable law
Qualified legal review is required before the owner approves liability limits, complaint handling, applicable law and jurisdiction.
